Additional Property Attributes

The Four Corners Store property, has been commercially maintained as a retail convenience store and gasoline service station dating back to the 1920s. Petroleum spills at the site have impacted drinking water wells. The Store owner closed on January 2014.

Former Use: The Site is an inactive convenience store and gasoline station that includes a vacant residence and garage. The Site has been the subject of extensive investigations in accessible areas, as well as corrective actions including soils excavation in 1964 and 2005 and groundwater pump and treatment from 2004 through 2007 related to past release of petroleum. In addition, petroleum releases from the Site have impacted area drinking water wells.
