Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The two parcels are located on the southeast corner of Lowell Blvd. and Colfax Ave. in Denver. The property has been developed since atleast 1924. Originally, the corner property was developed as a gas station with the adjacent property having a auto service center in the large brick building. The gas station appears to have ceased operation in the late 1960's. The gas station was demolished and replaced with a car wash.
