Additional Property Attributes

The property was home to a historic railway roundhouse used for the transportation lumber and logs to the mills and dock in the area. The property is curently being used to store and maintain historic railroad and lumber equipment.

Former Use: The property was owned by the Simpson Timber company, prior to that it was owned by the Louisiana Pacific Corp. The property has a long history of industrial timber use; RECs include various petroleum products, metals, and perhaps some dioxins and furans.
