Former Use: Operated a PVC Manufacturing plant, using vinyl chloride, water and other chemical agents. Waste was treated in an on-site incinerator. Existence of mercury, soils later removed from June 17 to June 30, 1999, resulting in clean closure under RCRA. Appears that contamination was contained in 1999 through EPA's RCRA program. Date of last inspection 04/29/2010.
