Property has been redeveloped into a 3 story apartment building that included 37 for rent apartment units, 7 live/work units, 900 square feet of retail space and a pocket park. CCDC 1 and CCDC 2 are tied to the same redevelopment with a total of $7m. At the height of construction they had around 40 workers onsite. The majority of the apartment building is on the CCDC 1 property but the redevelopment costs are tied to both so the leveraged dollars and jobs are split evenly.

Former Use: Parking lot for the Watercooler building in downtown Boise. 1949- Day Nursery. 1963- Fitz Auto Supply. George and Martha Taylor.
