Additional Property Attributes

The St. Elizabeth Station is an abandoned building that is used as an illegal dump site. The assessment confirmed the presence of PCBs and petroleum compounds in the soil and lead-paint on some of the walls. Standing Rock Sioux Tribe would like to demolish the building, clean the soil and reuse the property as open space.
