Additional Property Attributes

The Property is an undeveloped rectangular shaped parcel that was historically utilized for residential purposes. The former residence at the Property was demolished after contamination from an up gradient railroad site was discovered. The owner would like to redevelop the property for commercial or residential purposes and to do so, the present environmental condition of the property needs to be documented.

Former Use: As early as 1927, the property was developed for residential purposes. In 1998, contaminated soil and groundwater was discovered at the Property. The contamination was attributed to the up gradient Union Pacific Railroad Maintenance Yard. The Property was purchased by the railroad in 2000 and the Property structure was demolished in 2002. The Property has been undeveloped since 2002.
