At present the Former Ferresidence has been demolished in 2014. The current use of the property is a parking lot that belongs to the Muebleria Valldejuly & Segarra, Inc.

Former Use: Based on information gathered at the Property Registry Office, the property was already constructed in 1886 and owned by Mrs. Matilde and Mrs. Guadalupe Ramos. In 1910 Mr. Antonio Ferracallao and Mrs. MarAguayo de Arellano bought the property. Since then and until 1966 the property was owned by the Ferramily and was transferred to the Ferramily succession who owned the Ferrevelopment Corporation. In 1986 the property was registered under the Ponce Cement Corp. that was also part of the Ferramily businesses. Based on information provided by Mrs. Gladys Tormes from the Ponce Historical Archives and from the Ponce Revitalization Study, the former residence structure was used as a general merchandise warehouse by local retail store during the mid-1980s. In 2004 the property was donated to the Luis A. Ferroundation until 2008 when Mr. Cebollero and his wife bought the property and became the owners which demolished the former Ferresidence in 2014, converting the property into a parking lot.
