Additional Property Attributes

Property is currently open, grassed space along a major highway at the entrance to downtown Greensboro.

Former Use: The S. Eugene Street Properties were historically occupied by numerous residences since the early 1900s. The residences were removed in the early 1970s, and multi-family apartments were constructed on the subject site. The apartment buildings were removed in 2005, and the subject site is currently vacant land.
