Additional Property Attributes

The Yurok Tribal Police and other agencies investigated the Subject Property with overflights of the area that provided sufficient evidence of illegal marijuana growing operations to support warrants for enforcement. Although no mature marijuana plants were eradicated, numerous cuttings and vegetative plants were found and destroyed from three areas surrounded by second-growth forest consisting of conifers, hardwoods, and brush. The Subject Property ranges in elevation from approximately 1,100 feet to approximately 1,520 feet above mean sea level (MSL) and has 2 creeks that run through the property; Weitchpec and Muddy Creeks.
