RECs were discovered during the Phase I Assessment, however a Phase II was conducted independently and results have not be shared with the Pulaski County Brownfields. There were underground storage tanks on the property but had been filled at some point in the past. The Phase I also indicated that asbestos and lead-based paint may have been used as building material due to the age of the property. The current owner completed remediation on their own, and the property is currently for sale as a mixed use building. Owners of the building have not released any additional information as of March 26, 2018.

Former Use: Property has been in continuous use for petroleum and automotive activities since its construction in 1925.
