Additional Property Attributes

This parcel is a part of a larger 1 acre plus site that will be redeveloped as an adult detention facility. The parcel was developed for residential purposes in the 1950s. The residence was demolished in 2007. A Phase I ESA was completed that identified RECs related to potential heating oil USTs. A Geophysical Survey was performed and the survey did not reveal the presence of USTs.

Former Use: The property was purchased by Churchill County in 2006. The property was developed with a single family residence that was constructed in the 1950s. In 2007, the residence was demolished and the property has been undeveloped since that time.
