Former Use: Property consists of 469 acres including forested land and a former ski resort, as well as associated buildings and a large dirt parking lot. Currently the property is used for light recreational purposes. Earliest documented uses of the property were for farmland, forest, and a granite quarry (circa 1909). The property was first used for organized skiing in 1946, and was operated for such use until 2010.
