Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of undeveloped slightly rolling agricultural lots mixed with forest land and is bisected by the Carp River. The property is 692 feet above sea level and is mostly cleared agricultural land with some mixed deciduous-coniferous forest and a potential intermittent wash or waterway draining into the Carp River. The Carp River is located directly on the property and corresponding sensitive riparian areas and several acres of wetlands listed on the National Wetland Inventory. Historic uses of the property were agriculture and commercial agriculture.
