Additional Property Attributes

Hazardous building inspection of the mobile home and three associated sheds. Based on the nature and age of the facility, hazardous building materials of concern were ACM, LCM, and LEC, including PCB containing transformers and ballasts.

Former Use: Mobile home is located in the Grandview Village community on Highway 155 on the south side of Elmer City, WA. The mobile home presented as a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad rood d structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building material included gypsum wallboard ceilings, wood panel walls, fiberglass insulation, and carpeting and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. Small porch entryway additions had been constructed on either side. Three small wooden sheds with asphaltic shingle roofs were present. At the time of inspection, the mobile home was in poor condition.
