Additional Property Attributes

A supplemental hazardous building material inspection of the single-family residence was conduced. A previous limited ACM and LCM inspection has been perform on Aug 8, 2007, to provide data for worker safety in anticipation of building maintenance and renovation. Fulcrum's 2015 inspection was designed to supplement the results of the 2007 inspection in support of planned building demolition.

Former Use: Single-family residence, single story, wood building on a concrete foundation with a full basement. Walls are plaster with wood trim with isolated areas of gypsum wallboard in renovated areas. flooring consists of vinyl tile, sheet vinyl flooring, and carpeting. Heating provided by electric heaters and a wood stove, although the ductwork from a previous furnace system remains in place. The unfinished basement consists of concrete walls and floors with areas of dirt flooring, and fiberglass batt insulated ceilings. Exterior surfaces are covered in wood siding with a sheet metal roof over older asphaltic roof shingles.
