Former Use: The Property consists of approximately two acres of vacant land and is rectangular in shape. Based on reviewed data, it appears that the majority of Property has historically been undeveloped back to at least 1908 and owned by private individuals back to 1840. An outbuilding associated with an adjacent residence was present on the northeastern part of the Property from the 1940s to 2010. Additionally, numerous items have been discarded and/or stored on the Property since the 1970s. Surrounding properties have historically been undeveloped or residential. During the site inspection, several piles of demolition debris (primarily wood, metal, carpeting, Styrofoam, and linoleum) were noted on the southwestern part of the Property. Additionally, a significant portion of the eastern lot and a lesser portion of the western lot were covered with items and debris.
