Additional Property Attributes

The historical use of the site as a farm equipment repair shop may have compromised the environmental integrity of the site. Subsurface sampling is required to test the soil and groundwater for possible VOCs and petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. An asbestos containing materials survey confirmed the presence of asbestos in the building materials. Proper precautions should be made during any renovation/deconstruction of the structure.

Former Use: The subject site has historically served as Walthill Farm Equipment, Inc. between 1973-1993. A similar farm equipment repair shop was operated by private owners between 1993 until the site was purchased by the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska in 2006. Future plans are to turn the facility into a medical clinic.
