Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.5016 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as: All of Lots Five (5) through Ten (10) and the north 70 feet of the east 10 feet of Lot Eleven (11), of Block 21 of THE SOUTH ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of vacant land with a dilapidated metal shed; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southwest; The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property?s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban Land

Former Use: State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historical underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property; however, two potential vent pipes and one potential UST fill port were observed near the southeast and northeast corners of the metal shed.
