Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of three parcels of land (1.6168 ac); Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as: Lots Seventeen (17) through Twenty-six (26) in Block 22, and Lots One (1) through Ten (10) in Block 29 of the SOUTH OKLAHOMA ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of two tracts of land with a 5,652 ft2 brick building; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,200 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban Land; and State regulatory agency records indicate two underground storage tanks (USTs) were removed from the Property in February 1995.
