Additional Property Attributes

This is a former gas station that the City would like to redevelop as a Public Safety Building. The redevelopment would provide a new building for use as a fire house and emergency management office as well as remove a blighted property form Main St.

Former Use: The site was a former gas station that went out of business. An AST spill occurred in the past and a LUST site is known to be adjacent. The site is currently owned by the City.
