The Neptune and Son Restaurant was a vacant lot but was redeveloped by Mr. Christian Neptune, who mortgaged his home to finance the improvements due to contamination, which was caused by an adjacent dry cleaner, at the property. Additional testing will be conducted to confirm the leaching from the cleaners to establish third party liability and to clarify if the contamination is still occurring before any cleanup can possibility occur.
