Former Use: The Subject Property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of H street, N.E. , and 17th Street, N.E. in Washington DC. This property is currently unoccupied and consist of an unimproved lot but was formerly improved with a liquor store which was constructed in the early 1969's and was razed in 2013. The property is located in a residential and commercial area in Northeast Washington, DC and is bordered to the north by a paved parking lot and the Developing Families Center and to the south by an undeveloped lot and to the east by residential row-houses, and to the west by a shopping center with a Safeway supermarket. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the subject property is restricted by locked chain-link fencing that surrounds the site and it is mostly covered by grassy vegetation, with taller weeds and trees around the perimeter of the site.
