The property consists predominantly of vacant, vegetated land with a slight slope to the north toward Hot Springs Creek. Land cover associated with undeveloped portions of the site consists of grasses, weeds, and several trees. One structure was observed on the site (a vehicle repair shop of approximately 2,400 square feet). The site is near a thermal bath hotel.
