Additional Property Attributes

Site is an abandoned residential structure on southwest portion of a large parcel of land. Interior is in poor condition and has been damaged by vandalism and water. Exterior of residence is overgrown with vegetation and has been used for Illegal Dumping. Phase II Reports ACM is present. The materials with ACM include: 12x12 Inch vinyl floor tile, window caulk and window glaze.Future renovations should include abatement and disposal activities. Lead Based Paint was found in wood exterior s, wood door s and the wood roof soffit.

Former Use: Built in the 1970's and abandoned in approximately 1997. Used as a residential dwelling and also occupied a vacant portion of the KTK Reservation.
