Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site has been used for mixed industrial purposes beginning as early as 1914. The earliest available records for the Site indicate that it was part of the Oahu Railway and Land Company Rail Yard and Round House until the mid-1960s. The current property owner purchased the property in 1969 and constructed the warehouse building that is currently located at the Site. Since construction the building has housed many businesses/tenants, with Nakaoka Painting as the primary occupant. From 1969 to 1988, two 1,000-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) for the storage and dispensing of solvent and gasoline were located at the Site and operated by Phillips 66.
