Asbestos a possibility due to date of construction. Plaste and Mastic samples showed not asbestos with basic sampling method. A comprehensive asbestos survey is recommended. Visual evidence of damaged paint were observed. One lead sample showed less than reportable level. Comprehensive lead survey is recommended due to age of structure.
