Additional Property Attributes

Electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is 100% (0.3235 ac) of exempt property owned by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT); The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,196 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban Land; State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property

Former Use: Addresses associated with the Property indicate that the site has historically operated as a used car lot with an onsite repair facility. Adjacent properties have served similar purposes in the past. In addition, a filling station operated north adjacent to the Property for a number of years. Also, a UST registered to the east adjacent property is listed as permanently out of use, however, may still be buried onsite. A dry cleaning facility also operated adjacent and hydrogeologically upgradient from the Property.
