Additional Property Attributes

Property formerly owned by Automotive Exchange of Baton Rouge and sold to Raven's Outreach, the current owner. LDEQ reports indicate possible contaminants: barrels of oil, hydraulic fluid, paint cans, household and car batteries, waste tires, electronic waste, salvaged materials, two x-ray machines, and other potentially hazardous wastes.

Former Use: Chain-of-title reports indicate only one finding of significance: Automobile Engine Exchange of Baton Rouge, Inc. owned the Subject Property from June 6, 1999 to December 9, 2015, when it was sold to Ravens Outreach Center, Inc.
