Additional Property Attributes

The property is an approximate 93 acre property comprised of two parcels. One parcel, TMS #0334000100406, is approximately 44 acres and includes a large textile manufacturing facility and a former wastewater lagoon area. The other parcel, TMS #0334000100408, is approximately 49 acres and is split into two discontinuous sections consisting of a hay field southwest of the manufacturing plant and a wooded area northwest of the plant. The site coordinates are 34.7001730 north latitude, 82.2304600 west longitude.

Former Use: The site is an irregular-shaped property on the northeast side of North Woods Drive (the frontage road that parallels Interstate 385). The property�s southeast boundary abuts Park Industrial Road. The northeast and north boundary extends along a slightly-raised railroad track. The northwest boundary lies just beyond a cleared easement on the property for an overhead power line and an underground petroleum pipeline.Approximately 28 acres of the property are within a fenced compound around the manufacturing building. A 900-foot long paved driveway from North Woods Drive provides access to the front parking lot, which was apparently used as visitor and administrative parking. The rear of the building is accessed via a driveway from Park Industrial Road which passes through a gate with guard house. The manufacturing building has a footprint of approximately 420,000 square feet.
