Additional Property Attributes

Operations on the property include a steam laundry, a dry cleaner, a die-cast tool maker, a printing company. The property in now vacant and several containers of hazardous wastes have been abandoned on the Property. The property has been referred to the U.S. EPA Emergency Removal Branch for a removal assessment of the abandoned hazardous wastes.

Former Use: Various operations have occurred at the property. These include a steam cleaner, a dry cleaner, a die-cast tool manufacturer, and a printing company. The property is vacant now and tax reverted to the county. Due to a fairly large quantity of abandoned hazardous waste, the property was referred to the U.S. Emergency Removal Branch for possible removal actions. The removal assessment was conducted in conjunction with this assessment. Note that there are two addresses associated with this property; the second address is 1916 Sanford St.
