Additional Property Attributes

Subject Property consists of 5 separate, contiguous parcels. Two of the parcels have structures formerly used for manufacturing, one a former railroad, one is vacant, and the remaining parcel has a residential dwelling that is not occupied.

Former Use: As early as 1937, the parcels comprising the Subject Property were used for the manufacturing of auto parts, steel, and building supplies.
