Former Use: Former Sellers Cardlock, former Snakebite leasing, former Gasoline station. Current owner conducted soil/groundwater investigation and cleanup in accordance with ADEQ requirements and received NFA in 2017. City of Yuma performed SED/Phase I to obtain background information prior to potential property transaction.
