The Phase II ESA assessed the building for asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), mercury, and mold. Results of the Phase II ESA hazardous building material investigation did not identify any contaminants present associated with the building.

Former Use: The Old Head Start building was constructed in the late 1960s to early 1970s for use as a Head Start building. CRST would like to use it as a youth center.
