Former Use: TRACT 4 SE1/4 NW1/4 & PT LOT A TR 1 LYING E OF H-1 W OF TR 4 SE1/4 NW1/4 11-101-49 SIOUX FALLS CITY UNPLATTED City GIS records indicate at least one building has been present at the Property since 1930. Four buildings are currently present in the northwest portion of the Property: a two-story residential building with an attached garage, a single room outbuilding, a shed, and a large shop building. The buildings are surrounded by grassy or lightly forested areas. The southern half of the Property is used as agricultural cropland. An unpaved driveway provided access to the property in the southwest corner of the Property. North Bahnson Avenue borders the Property to the west, and the Big Sioux River borders the Property to the north.
