Additional Property Attributes

L' BelCour (aka, Barnesville) is a complex of multi-family housing in Belcourt, North Dakota, on the Turtle Mountain Reservation. Roughly half of the structures are vacant. EPA conducted a phase II Targeted Brownfields Assessment on the vacant homes and confirmed the presence of asbestos containing materials. The tribe would like to abate the asbestos, demolish the vacant structures and reuse the property for new housing.
