Additional Property Attributes

The property was developed in 1980s for a computer forms printing facility. Currently, leasing the building is a stone/counter top business and automotive restoration business. The long term usage history for the site is unknown. The Phase I was performed on behalf of a solar developer that will be leasing one acre of the property. Former Use: Former use of the Property as an industrial facility, including past uses as Unified Data Products, printer, and small machine shop. The Site building is currently occupied by a stone artisan and idle chemical purification business (Matrixchem Inc.) in the northern portion, nano-tube manufacturing (Cheap Tubes, Inc) in the central portion, and car storage in the southern portion. Development of a CAP is complete. This was funded by WRC's FY'16 and FY'19 grants.
