The site assessed was one vacant duplex unit; however a total of 7 units of the same make are present in the area. A visual inspection was done for the other units and similar building materials were observed. A cost estimate to abate contaminants in all 7 units was prepared.

Former Use: The 7 single-story duplex housing units were donated to the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate by the Grand Air Force Base. Sic of the duplexes are occupied.
