Additional Property Attributes

Historical 6-bay railroad roundhouse with office area and bunkspace. Currently used as a pottery mfg and gallery.

Former Use: The Site is comprised of one 2.07-acre parcel of land that contains the original 1918 Dover Roundhouse from the Dover Fuel Facility, a B & M Railroad Property originally owned by the B & M Railroad Corporation. This building was historically operated as a railway roundhouse and was used for the servicing and storing of early diesel locomotives for the railway. The Site has been the home of Pottery by Andy since approximately 1986.
