This property was redeveloped as a day care before any site assessment work was performed. This use is likely to continue after the assessment work is completed/ Former Use: PPM conducted the site reconnaissance on May 9, 2018. The subject property consists of a 0.32-acre parcel of land developed with one structure that is currently occupied by Ivy League Academy. The remainder of the property consists of a metal storage shed, landscaped areas, two playgrounds, and concrete parking/drive areas. Historical aerial photographs and fire insurance maps indicate that the property was undeveloped from at least 1920 to at least 1951. Historical records indicate that the property has been developed with the current structure since 1959. A dry cleaning facility known as Swiss Cleaners occupied the structure from at least 1965 to at least 2010. Ivy League Academy has occupied the structure since 2016.
