Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment identified a historical drycleaner facility 0.06 miles upgradient of the site. This may pose a vapor intrusion concern as PCE and other chlorinated solvents used in the drycleaning process may have migrated via groundwater underneath the subject property. In addition, the historical use of the site as a Farm Equipment Sales and Service Provider and former Model-T dealership may have impacted the environmental integrity of the site. A subsurface maintenance pit, used oil storage areas, substantial staining and debris were observed throughout the property. Surveys also detected the presence of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint throughout the shop building. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is currently underway to assess any potential impact to underlying soils and groundwater.

Former Use: The site was historically used as a Model T dealership and has operated as Fairbanks Farm Equipment Sales & Service and Outdoor Power for the past 50 years.
