Additional Property Attributes

This site was part of an Area-Wide Assessment report in January 2017, which covered three properties.

Former Use: The site has been used for mixed industrial and commercial purposes beginning as early as the mid-1960s when the current structures were originally constructed. The site was formerly occupied by Oahu Furniture Company, which manufactured home and office furnishings. Past uses have been consistent with the current commercial and distribution/manufacturing warehouse uses. The site was first owned by Loyalty Investments in the 1950s, which leased it to Loyalty Development Company for sublease and development. The lease to Loyalty Development Company expired in 1983, at which point the site was acquired by Taihook Associates. Tomchi Group LLC acquired the properties from Taihook Associates in 2009, and Taihook Associates has since dissolved.
