Additional Property Attributes

Former residence that has contamination from meth, lead-based paint, mold and asbestos (floor tile and mastic).

Former Use: The former Red Fox home contained asbestos containing materials, lead-based paint and contamination from controlled substances. The Spirit Lake Brownfields Program cleaned up and demolished the property and it is now ready for reuse as a home site. Prior to cleanup, EPA performed a Targeted Brownfields Assessment on the property.
