Former Use: The property consists of two parcels of land with a single PID (16733210500400) measuring approximately 18.4 acres and located in the Southwest � of the Northeast � of Section 32, Township 16 North, Range 73 West, in the City of Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming. Murdoch Distribution Center, a farm and ranch product distributor, is the current tenant of the subject property. The subject property is used for general storage of the company?s supplies. The historical operation of a machine shop on the northwest portion of the subject property is a REC due to likely releases of petroleum and/or hazardous substances related to that use. The former presence of three storage tanks (two diesel and one gasoline) west of the main building within the subject property is a REC.
