Additional Property Attributes

The property used to be a gas station, but the previous owner donated the property to Richard Tyler's nonprofit, the Vian Peace Center, that runs a food pantry out of the building. The property was selected as part of OCC PSTD's TOU sampling program, and the initial sampling showed some contamination. The Brownfield Program is coming in to continue sampling and help delineate the plume. Former Use: Past use was a fuel service station. Current use is a food pantry and library with after-school programs for low-income members of the Vian community.
