Additional Property Attributes

As of June 2021, the Winchester Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), a non profit community-based volunteer organization and the Town of Winchester have now successfully completed the construction and installation of utilities - road, drainage, water, sewer and 3 phase power to the Stone Mountain Business Park - the first such park developed in Winchester, NH. This 60-acre park located is located on a former gravel pit. Fortunately for WEDC as a result of bidding the project during the early COVID shut down, low construction bids were received and the project awarded to Philip H. Mathewson Co., Inc. located in Hancock, NH came in under budget. Today, WEDC and the Town of Winchester are currently marketing the Stone Mountain Business Park in the sale or lease of the land for immediate business and manufacturing use.
