Additional Property Attributes

The target property is located in a commercial/industrial area of Billings, Montana and is bordered by 6th Avenue North to the north, North 15th Street to the east, a rail spur to the south, and North 18th Street to the west. The parcel is approximately 291,459 square feet, and the target property is relatively flat. Three connected, permanent buildings (office, small shop, and large shop) are located at the target property with an additional lean-to connected to the large shop.

Former Use: The property has been owned and operated by steel fabrication companies since 1928. Paint has been stored at and used at the facility. USTs were formerly operated on the site. Dipping vats were also utilized on the property.
