Additional Property Attributes

The building was built in 1906 and is dilapidated. City is planning to demolished the building and redevelop it to include gym/recreation center as well as a retail business that will enhance the appeal of the downtown.

Former Use: The library building was built around the year 1906. The building, a 1 % story building has most recenfly house City Hall until 2013, and most recently the Public Library until November of 2018. For the past 25 years the building has sat unopened to the public and has since become a nuisance to the City's Main Street appeal.
