Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 1.95-acre parcel of land that is currently developed with a dilapidated retail store and a dilapidated automobile repair structure with three service bays that have been present at least 1961. There is also a wooden shed adjacent to the south of the onsite retail structure and asphalt and concrete parking/drive areas adjacent to the east of the onsite structures. There are currently three underground storage tanks (UST) and four fuel pumps on two islands present on the east portion of the subject property. The remainder of the property consists of wooded areas and areas of thick vegetation. Historic aerial photographs indicate that the subject property consisted of pasture land from at least 1937 to at least 1952. Historical records indicate the subject property was occupied by various automobile repair facilities, retail petroleum stations, and/or wrecker service businesses between at least 1961 and at least 1996. Based on aerial photographs, it appears that the fuel pumps have been present since at least 1968.
