Additional Property Attributes

The City is planning to demolish the old dilapidated buildings located on the Main Street and redevelop it to include retail/service businesses that will enhance the appeal of the Main Street. The first step is to assess for the presence of asbestos and thus they have requested Brownfields assistance in performing the asbestos survey.

Former Use: The subject property consists of retail buildings in the central business district of Mitchell, Davison Co!,lnty, SD. The property is approximately 5,0' by 142'. The buildings is an approximate 50' by 100'; three story plus basement commercial building facing Main Street. A portion of the south exterior wall of the main building has delamihated. The most recent. uses of the main building are a tattoo shop, and �a merchandise (western wear) shop.
